The most timing consuming component of the semi inground installation process is excavation. Soil must be excavated and hauled to a clean fill bin or dump truck parked on the street or in the driveway. Excavation depths range from 18"-48".

After excavation, the galvanized steel panels can be set, bolted, and leveled into place. This is the skeleton of your pool. Our pool walls are 52" tall.

In order to prevent the pool from shifting or heaving, a 1ft thick concrete footer is applied between the pool and the walls of the excavation. This monolithic slab bonds the pool together. 

After the footer has set, backfill can be applied to behind the pool walls. We use 3/4" gravel facilitate proper drainage and prevent settling.

After backfilling, the pool floor can be installed and the liner set in place. The pool must now be inspected by the local bylaw office prior to filling.

We offer sand, styrofoam, or concrete pool bottoms to suit all budgets.

After the bylaw inspection, the pool can now be filled.

Pools can be filled by hose, or water trucks.

After the pool is filled, the filtration system can be installed and started up. We offer industry leading brands such as Hayward, Pentair, Jandy, or Moov.

After all pool installation services have concluded, we can then clean up the pool and access areas. Any turf damage can be regraded, ready for further landscaping, seed, or sod.
